The Muppets include such legendary characters as Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Gonzo from The Muppet Show. Characters of this style that were featured on Sesame Street rather than The Muppet Show include such characters as Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, etc.
